Beaches

This Interior Design Toronto large Beach house was completely gutted inside from the entrance floor to the 4th floor. The original layout was basically kept but everything was newly renovated.  New kitchen style custom cabinets, Quartz counters and backsplash. I designed a butler’s pantry in the original hallway for catering and space for bar and storage.  I did glass uppers and added marble backsplash as it was really elegant and the first thing you see when you walk up from the lower floor into the house.  The house went from dark floors, now to white oak wide plank, dark walls, dark everything.  The house came alive when I painted everything my favourite white with a pink undertone to keep it bright but warm.  I did all railings and all upstairs millwork in a grey blue, added new lighting, revamped the layout of the dressing room to allow the light in, converted the tiny laundry room on the second floor to a full washer/dryer, storage, ironing station in the same cabinetry as the walk in.  New lighting, new bathroom fixtures, tiling throughout, custom theatre room, custom cooled wine cellar. Added a functional bathroom with shower in the basement, reduced the laundry room and converted a gym to a nanny suite. New doors, new hardware.
