The 5000 square-foot farmhouse went from old, white brick motel to black, boutique hotel!

The motel look was addressed by creating a wraparound porch from one end of the farmhouse to another, which included beautiful spaces for seating areas and greenery, and then led into a causeway where a massive pavilion with chef’s  kitchen, dining room, living room, massive fireplace. Outside the pavilion, all new decking, large planter box areas within the decking,  lounging areas, and of course lighting within all areas.  We added all new doors, new windows, standing seam, board and batten on the exterior of the house. Dormers were added,  roof lines changed and Banas Stone used in wrap around porch and pavilion . Of course there is all the extras that went into the before that you never see. A truly amazing transformation.
