Again, a very large terrace in one of the nicest old garment factories in the very hip King Street area.  This was a disaster, everything needed to be taken down and thrown out.  Priorities were kitchen, large BBQ, Fridge, stainless countertop, storage, hot tub, daybed for lounging, dining with sun protection, seating area, side grates were in place for keeping everything from blowing off the terrace.  New custom pillows, throws, outdoor dishes, artificial plant boxwood balls, foamed in so they won’t fly away, antique mirror custom painted to match accessories, lighting, hot tub surround, shed, privacy walls between units built in bench, cantilever umbrella. This Exterior Designer Toronto project was featured in a magazine.
